Karol Chrobociński

Food has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, and from the earliest steps of my career as a bartender, I knew that helping people enjoy creative beverages and culinary delights would be a major part of my life. My gastronomy career taught me about the endless ways that food can be prepared, presented, and enjoyed – a seemingly endless journey to discover the joy that people derive from the things they eat and drink.

I graduated from Catering school in Warsaw and have earned a diploma as a Food Technologist. Following my academic career, I continued pursuing my love of food, gaining employment in various top-rated restaurants and eventually working my way up to the position of restaurant manager.

Although my most obvious interest is food, I have also maintained a parallel passion for photography from a very young age. Achieving unique flavours and creating memorable experience in the kitchen is fascinating and perpetually rewarding, but capturing the beauty and intrigue of a dish in a photograph is an entirely different challenge. I have always admired the skill required to be a food photographer, and as the second stage of my culinary career, I have chosen to approach it from this exciting new role.

Being a food photographer is about more than the dish itself; the abilities to freeze a moment in time, share the atmosphere of a restaurant, and properly represent the true works of art that chefs are able to create is a skill that takes a lifetime to master. Tasty Shots is about expressing the creativity and innovation of chefs from all over the world and encouraging people to step out of their comfort zone to explore new culinary sensations.

My years in the food and beverage industry have given me an eye for genius in cooking, as well as extensive experience in the ambience of restaurants, the aesthetic of a perfect dish, and familiarity with some of the top styles and culinary contributions in the ever-growing world of couture cooking. Tasty Shots represents the ideal combination of the two dynamic forms of art to which I have dedicated my life; I am thrilled to share my passions with chefs, “foodies”, and marketing professionals alike.
